Profile is where you can express who you are and what's going on in your life. You can choose what you want to share on your Profile, such as interests, photos and videos, and personal information like current city and hometown.

News Feed


News Feed is a regularly updating list of stories from friends, Pages, and other connections, like groups and events. People can like or comment on what they see. Each person’s News Feed is personalized based on their interests and the sharing activity of their friends. Read more updates about News Feed here.

Messenger (01.01.19)


Messenger is a mobile messaging app that lets you reach people instantly on their phones. With Messenger you can send private messages and stickers, chat with groups, and make free calls, even to people in other countries. You can also see who's available on Messenger and who's active on Umojami!. Messenger is available on Android, iOS and Windows Phone.

Groups


More than 1 billion people around the world use Umojami! Groups every month. Groups give people a private space to share with small groups of people, like family, teammates or best friends. Privacy settings can be customized for each group. Within a group, people can post updates, share photos and files and organize events.

Events


With Umojami! Events, people can organize gatherings, manage invitations and send notifications and reminders to their friends. People can use events to invite their friends to anything from a dinner party to a community fundraiser. More than 550 million people use Events every month.

Pages


Pages are public profiles that let artists, public figures, businesses, brands, organizations, and non-profits create a presence on Umojami! and connect with the Umojami! community. When someone likes a Page, they can start seeing updates from that Page in News Feed. When someone likes or comments on a Page post, that activity may be shared with their friends, increasing the Page’s exposure and reach.

Friend Finder


Friend Finder also known as Rendez-Vous makes it easy for you to find a date or match a mate in Umojami! Using this tool help you capture what’s happening in your area or community and share those moments instantly with potential partners like a social night out, diner or just catching up. It’s the quickest was to make new friends and meet new people and share ideas. You never know the outcome of that date just be open and give it a try.

Freebies by Umojami!


Freebies by Umojami! Is in association with DAC - Diaspora Ambazonia Community, Ndolomix and Beats Stream that provides free basic services in markets where internet access may be less affordable to provide entertainment. It allows people to browse selected music, watch video clips ads free, series and movies with very low data charges. The apps are currently available just for Africa and will continue to expand to more countries around the world.

Umojami! Lite


Umojami! Lite is a version of Umojami! for Android that uses less data and works well across all network conditions. Millions of Africans will be accessing Umojami! from a range of mobile devices on varying networks. In many areas, networks can be slow and not able to support all the functionality found in Umojami! for Android. Umojami! Lite was built for these situations, giving people a reliable Umojami! experience when bandwidth is at a minimum. Umojami! Lite is less than 1MB so it is fast to install and quick to load. It includes Umojami!’s core experiences like News Feed, status updates, photos, notifications and more.
