Can I have an Umojami account?

Joining umojamihas an age restriction and this is in line with our Terms od Use and Privacy Policy. 
 Note: you must be at least 13 years old to create a Umojami account.

To create a Umojami account

Here we are going to cover how you setup an account on Umojami.

* Go to https://www.umojami.com/register

* Enter your name, email, password and gender.

* Click LETs Go!

* To finish creating your account, you need to confirm your email or mobile phone number. Make sure your mobile number includes the country code.

Your Profile and Settings

Your profile tells your story. You can choose what to share, such as interests, photos and personal information like your hometown, and who to share it with. Your profile also includes your Timeline, where you can see your own posts and posts you've been tagged in. Your Timeline and tagging settings will help you manage tags and review who can add and see things on your Timeline.

Your Home Page

Your home page is what you see when you log into Umojami. It includes your News Feed, the constantly updating list of posts from friends, Pages and other connections you've made. You can react to things you see or search for people and topics that matter to you. Learn how to control what you see in News Feed.

Start your own creative bubble

Businesses, organisations and public figures can connect with their customers or fans on Umojami by creating a Umojami Page. Anyone with a Umojami account can create a Page or help manage one, as long as they have a role on the Page. People who like a Page can get updates about the Page, such as posts, photos or videos, in their News Feed.

Hives

Hives provide a space to communicate about shared interests with certain people. You can create a group for anything creative mdash; your creative family reunion, your after-work sports team for trainers, your book club mdash; and customise the group's privacy settings depending on who you want to be able to join and see the hive. Learn how to create a hive or join a hive you're interested in. If you're a group admin, this is the place to find resources for admins to manage and grow your community.

Keep ahead of your activities

Events let you organise and respond to gatherings in the real world with people on Umojami. You can create or attend an event for anything from a birthday dinner to a school fundraiser. When you create an event, you can control who sees or joins your event.
