Learn how to make your own Refrigerator w/out electricity
Amba Farmers living in rural areas without electricity have no means of storing and preserving the fresh vegetables that they cultivate. Ambazonian mothers (buyam/sellam) who sell fresh vegetables (tomatoes, carrots, green peppers) suffer severe financial losses when they are unable to sell all their merchandise.
With local materials, you can make your own fridge that can store fresh vegetables (njamanjama, green pepper, etc) for up to two weeks without the need for electricity. You could even preserve ripe tomatoes for up to a month.
