As a result of the war declared on the people of Ambazonia by LRC, there are over 80,000 of our mothers and sisters in Nigeria and Ghana living as refugees. There are millions more that have fled this war and are now in LRC. We have seen videos of our sisters and mothers in the bushes using moss/grass as menstrual pads. The indignity that LRC is subjecting our mothers and sisters is unacceptable. This week on Amba Farmers Voice, we shall be talking about how our women can sew their own reusable menstrual pads.
